This is how the car looked when it arrived. Decent on the outside, rusty on the inside.

Here the floors have been cut away.

Some of the new floor panels are being installed.

This shows the bracing installed to hold the car steady as the floors and sills are replaced.

The rear floor area replaced.

Here is some of the rusty metal removed.

The engine compartment has been sandblasted, along with the floors and underside of the body.

Painted with semi gloss black.

Showing the quarter panel welded on, along the factory edge.

The welds have been ground down, leaving a surface needing very little filler, and leaving the factory joints showing.

The primer surfacer is on, ready for block sanding.

The gloss black urethane top coat is on.

Body and paint work is done, and loaded to go back to NYC.

The restorer, and the happy owner.
